Hours

Members — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Members have round-the-clock access to the saunas and cold plunge, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Drop-ins and first visits — during staffed hours:
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: members only

If it’s your first visit, come during staffed hours so we can get you set up and walk you through how everything works. After that, a membership gives you access any time.

Parking & Entrance

Free parking is available on site. Look for Suite 150.
