Emsella®
Emsella
Bladder leaks when you cough, sneeze, laugh or run are extremely common — and almost nobody brings them up. They’re also among the more fixable things people come to us about.
Emsella is a chair. You sit on it fully clothed for about twenty-eight minutes while electromagnetic energy contracts your pelvic floor muscles thousands of times — far more repetitions than anyone could manage on their own. No needles, no undressing, nothing to recover from afterward. Most people read or scroll their phone the whole time.

Who It Helps
Emsella is most often used for stress incontinence — leaks brought on by pressure, like coughing, lifting or exercise — and for pelvic floor weakness after childbirth or with age. Both women and men use it.
Whether it’s the right answer depends on what’s actually causing the problem, which is why we start with a conversation rather than a booking.
Symptoms
Signs Worth Paying Attention To
Leaking when you cough, sneeze, laugh or lift. Needing a bathroom more urgently or more often than seems reasonable. Feeling like you never fully empty. Reduced control or sensation after childbirth.
None of these are things you simply have to live with, and none of them are unusual enough to be embarrassed about.

What A Course Looks Like
A typical course runs six sessions across about three weeks, each around twenty-eight minutes. You can drive yourself, come on a lunch break, and go straight back to your day afterward. Many people notice a change partway through — though that varies from person to person, and we won’t promise you a timeline.
